Processing and Shipping

 Processing time is typically 5-10 business days. This number fluctuates according to the volume of current orders. If processing time should be longer you will receive an official update/notification by email. 

Shipping is usually around 2-4 business days. Postal drop off days are mainly on Monday's and Friday's. PLEASE CHECK SPAM/JUNK MAIL IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY UPDATES/CONFIRMATION EMAILS.

Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS unless product is defective or Allie Kay's is at fault for miscommunication. Allie Kay’s will not be held responsible for any damaged, lost and/or stolen packages.

Being a small business everything is made to order and we do not allow refunds. While all ingredients are organic and natural,  we encourage everyone to do a patch test before fully transitioning into a new skin care routine. All Skin types are different.

If you file a dispute AFTER receiving your order without any evidence of defective product or delay in receiving your order, please remember that is Chargeback Fraud; and my legal team will reach out.

 

How can I track my order?

After your processing time is complete and you receive a tracking number, you can track your order at alliekays.aftership.com 

Candles

Always trim wick to 1/4 inch before burning. Candles should be burned for at least 2-4 hours at a time. Never leave candles unattended. Do not burn any candle that has less than 1.5" of wax left

Body Butters

Always carefully open butters in case they may have melted due to high temperatures. The butters benefit will remain the same, just place it in the fridge for about 5-10 minutes for it to become solid again.

If your butter freezes due to extremely low temperatures, place in a warm area (70-80 degrees) to soften it up.
