Chakras are the seven energy points along your spinal column. You can think of them to something similar as rechargeable batteries because they can be balanced or unbalanced. 

Root (Red)

Balanced: you feel safe, secure, grounded & happy

Unbalanced: financially instability, fearful, anxious & ungrounded 

Sacral(Orange)

Balanced: Passion, creativity, libido, optimistic & healthy

Unbalanced: isolated, no creativity, fear of intimacy 

Solar Plexus(Yellow)

Balanced: Confident, power, control & drive

Unbalanced: Low self esteem, powerless, inferiority complex

Heart (Green)

Balanced: Loving, Peaceful, compassion, warm

Unbalanced: Bitter, Hateful, trust issues

Throat(Blue)

Balanced: Confident Expression, Clear communicator, Diplomatic

Unbalanced: Misunderstood, not a good listener, can’t self express 

Third Eye(Dark Blue)

Balanced: Intuitive, Imaginative, clear thoughts & visions

Unbalanced: Poor Judgement, Lack of focus, poor imagination  

Crown(Purple)

Balanced: Intelligent, Universal love, wise & understanding 

Unbalanced: Depression, difficulties in learning, weak faith
